**Refund and Return Policies for Luxury Ribbons**

**1. Returns**

1.1 We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

1.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

**2. Refunds**

2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

2.3 Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

**3. Exchanges**

3.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3.2 If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

**4. Non-Returnable Items**

4.1 Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.

4.2 Sale or clearance items are also non-returnable.

7.1 We apply different price markdowns from different sales channels.

7.2 We do not refund the difference if you find, after purchase, a product with a lower price in a different sales channel that you used for purchasing our luxury Christmas ribbons.
