Receive Your Proposal
Within 48 hours, we’ll send a tailored proposal outlining wrapping concepts, timelines, and materials.

Sign + Pay
Once you approve the proposal, we’ll send a contract and invoice to confirm your booking.

Wrapping Day
We come to your home, office, or hotel (or work from our studio) to beautifully wrap your gifts.

Please allow a minimum of 5 business days from the time of booking to ensure availability. Timing may vary depending on the number of gifts and your preferred level of detail.

We offer a personalized gift concierge service: we’ll research, purchase, and beautifully wrap each gift according to your preferences. Once everything is complete, we hand-deliver them to you (or the recipient, if preferred), so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free holiday experience from start to finish.

Option 1: Standard Pickup 
• Personally handled by our founder for an elevated, hands-on experience
• Accommodates up to 5 medium gifts (e.g., shoebox-sized) or 8 small gifts
• Same-day or next-day pickup available (subject to availability)
