Best time to get married:
From September to December and March to June, you can expect beautiful, warm temperatures with plenty of sunshine. While you will likely encounter some humidity during these months, it can still be an ideal time to plan your destination luxury wedding. Most of the Faena guests book flights for Miami Airport (MIA). It's just 10 miles from the hotel, and the road distance is estimated to be around 11.5 miles.
The nearest airport is the Miami International Airport, which is approximately 8 miles from Faena Miami Beach. From there, you can easily take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to the venue or hire a luxury transportation agency and a chauffeur with a limousine.
If you are driving to the venue, Faena Miami Beach offers plenty of parking spaces available for your convenience. There is also a valet parking service available for those who would like to be extra careful with their vehicle. Getting to Faena Miami Beach is easy and convenient, so you can have a stress-free journey to the most luxurious wedding venue of your dreams.
Being wise, we had already booked for airport transportation to avoid the hassle of finding a taxi. That proved really helpful, as we skipped being scammed by taxi drivers.

It can hold up to 200 guests for a delightful wedding. The tents ensure that all the guests get full comfort regardless of the weather. A Glimpse at My Stay at Faena Miami Beach
December was the lucky month that took me to the wonderland of the Magic City. The weather was mild, not that much, nor hot. We were just stunned on entering the Faena; all astounded when staring at that giant mammoth and the stunning drawing adorning the walls.
We were welcomed by a valet who took us to the reception there. It won't be wrong to say without that valet, we would not be able to find reception as the area wasn’t obvious.
Coming to the room, we stayed in an upscale junior suite. It had a lavish balcony, an attached bath with all the modern toiletries and showers, a Japanese toilet seat, and more. Our exclusive junior suite's rooms were sophisticated, giving us an authentic feel of luxe accommodation.
After arriving at the suite, someone brought us little treats. That was really wholesome. At every second, we appreciate our decision to book this top notch hub of exceptional elegance. This prestige palace is worth the praise!
After taking some rest, we planned to visit the beach that's bound to give its visitors a refined experience. There we were welcomed at the booth with refreshments and sunscreen. We rushed to the beach lounge lined with chairs, each with a little flag. Flag-up is an indication that you need to order something. We ordered some delicacies from a la carte drinks and meals.
The hotel stay cost somewhere between $1600 to $1700 per night.

I wanted my event to be impeccable and offer an unforgettable experience to not only the bride and groom but also the wedding guest. The first task of reaching the destination was deciding on the wedding venue. There are several options on offer at the hotel, including beach, cabaret, restaurants, in front of Mammoth, Faena forum, and more. We chose the one that could be most pleasingly decorated with excellence; talking about the Faena Forum!

This spot offered multiple combination options. I had the opportunity to plan a fancy open sky ceremony or a classic small theater ceremony. The ceremony could be held on the beach, and then the reception at the Faena forum. In short, we had a plethora of combinations to choose from.
The hotel's staff are experienced and professional and are a complete pleasure to work with. As the liaison between the client and the hotel staff, the hotel's wedding team helped me ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding. From the moment I first contacted the team to inquire about availability, I felt confident that they are helpful to me to provide the level of service and attention to detail that my client deserved.

In addition to these services, their experienced team of wedding planners is on hand to assist you with every detail of your special day.
One of the things I appreciate most about Faena Miami is their willingness to work with outside vendors. The hotel has a list of recommended vendors that they work with. This made the wedding planning process much smoother and easier for bride and groom. The couple is able to choose from a variety of florists, caterers, and other vendors whom the hotel already had a working relationship with.

As a wedding planners and designers, we were the liaison between the client and the hotel staff. I was personally in charge of the design and all planning using their recommended vendors for more ease. I collected the list of preferred vendors, caterers, photographers, and video makers from the hotel team and consulted with my clients to come up with the best possible choice.

We also had the idea of getting a meal from any of the several on-site restaurants like the Gitano Miami, which also serves as a high-class wedding venue, Pao by Paul Qui, Los Fuegos By Francis Mallmann, Veranda, and more. So, we opted for it.
Though it was a hectic experience of managing everything, the never-ending demands of my beloved groom and bride, accommodating the upcoming out of town guests, planning a perfect wedding setup décor with an appealing color pallet, and everything else. However, with the friendly team of Faena made loads of tasks easier to accomplish! It was a worth unforgettable experience indeed!

Their dedicated Events team worked tirelessly alongside us in the planning process to deliver those thousands of details that will comprise the celebrations and flawlessly bring them to fruition on their stunning grounds.
When I was busy planning the wedding chores, I made sure to indulge the bride and groom in several activities to keep them relaxed and make their experience dreamy. I planned a spa party for the bride and bridesmaids, followed by the bridal shower in the signature Faena Theatre.
Then came the wedding day, and as expected, it was meant to be a wholesome representation of serenity, love, lavish décor, unique ambiance, and impeccable experience. Everything went well, from a dream bride and groom entry to the climax of the event, which was a twist in itself. We planned to end the wedding in the spectacular sunset vistas at the beach with lovely photographs of the bride and groom in pleasing hues. It was truly spectacular to witness!
