Both artificial and real trees are available upon request, though real trees may not support large or heavy décor. Pricing starts at $5,000 for a fully styled 5-foot tree.

For a more immersive festive experience, our full holiday home styling provides comprehensive decorating for mantels, staircases, wreaths, and tablescapes. Each detail is tailored to seamlessly complement your existing décor for a polished, elegant holiday look. Pricing is customized based on the size and complexity of your project.

Complete your holiday celebrations with our luxury gift-wrapping service, featuring premium papers and custom ribbons. Available as an add-on to your holiday décor or as a standalone service, it’s the perfect finishing touch for a magical season.
For clients looking to extend the magic beyond the tree, we provide exterior holiday décor styling, curated gift wrap and ribbon sales, and a bespoke Holiday Décor Concierge service that includes personal gift sourcing, wrapping, and presentation.

For families with little ones, we also offer whimsical holiday bedroom styling for children — complete with themed mini trees, festive bedding, and playful accessories to create a wonder-filled space just for them.

After the season, we offer complete holiday takedown and storage solutions. Your décor is carefully packed in labeled bins and stored in our private facility until the following year. A one-time delivery fee applies when we return your items 4–6 weeks before Christmas. Please note: storage is only available for NYC clients and requires décor to be stored in a protective bag (included with most tree purchases or available for $300).

Many of our clients have heirlooms or meaningful decorations passed down through generations, and we specialize in seamlessly weaving those cherished items into a sophisticated, cohesive design. To ensure the seamless integration of your items into our elevated holiday vision, a private design consultation is required. If your collection is limited, we kindly ask that you provide detailed photographs of all client-supplied décor for preliminary review. Should your décor be extensive or require further evaluation, a designer will schedule an in-person appointment following receipt of the deposit to assess your ornaments and decorations firsthand.

From placing the lights to arranging statement ornaments and finishing with velvet ribbons and tree toppers, every detail is carefully executed to reflect your holiday vision. This option is ideal for those who want the magic to unfold in real-time, with minimal effort required on their part.

2. Two-Step Tree Styling℠

For clients seeking a more time-efficient yet equally refined option, our Two-Step Tree Styling™ service offers the best of both worlds. We begin styling your artificial tree off-site in our design studio, focusing on the layout and precision of decorative elements, then transport and install the completed design in your home. Final adjustments and custom touches are completed on-site. This method ensures flawless execution, especially during peak season, and is best suited for trees up to 9 feet in height.

This can be arranged through your house manager, concierge, or by ensuring someone is present to welcome our team. We can also work with a key access system if previously coordinated.

Please note that real trees can pose challenges for large or heavy decorations, and we’ll guide you in making the best choice to achieve your desired look.

At PIEvents & Co., all of our holiday styling services are fully bespoke, designed to reflect your unique vision and style. Due to the personalized nature of our work and limited availability each season, a non-refundable design deposit is required to reserve your spot on our holiday calendar.

This deposit secures your place in our limited holiday calendar and allows us to begin the creative process — including concept development, material sourcing, and design planning.  

Each project is entirely one-of-a-kind, we begin dedicating time, creativity, and resources the moment your booking is confirmed. For this reason, we do not provide quotes, price ranges, or design direction prior to receiving a design deposit — aside from the starting price noted on this page ($5,000 for a fully decorated 6-foot tree).

Installation Details

Our holiday installations are scheduled between November 1st and December 15th, with limited accommodations available through December 20th for last-minute requests. Depending on the size and scope of your project, installations typically take 3 to 9 hours.  
Our team may begin as early as 6 AM and work into the evening to bring your holiday vision to life.

To ensure we meet your expectations during this busy season, we appreciate your flexibility with installation dates and times.

Evening Installations (starting at or after 6 PM) may incur a premium service fee due to extended staffing and scheduling demands. This allows us to maintain our high standards of service during peak hours while offering you greater flexibility.

We bring all necessary tools, protective coverings, and equipment to ensure your home remains clean and undisturbed throughout the process.

Please note: If your residence requires special parking arrangements — such as garage access, valet coordination, or designated street parking — kindly inform us in advance so we can ensure smooth delivery and setup.

Daytime installation appointments—especially morning and early afternoon—are in highest demand during the holiday season. If you have a specific date or time preference, we strongly encourage confirming your booking early with a deposit to ensure availability.

We understand that each client’s schedule is unique. While some prefer installations during the day, others—particularly busy professionals—opt for evening appointments after work. To accommodate both, we offer a limited number of evening slots each season.

Whether you plan to be present or prefer to grant access via a trusted house manager or key drop-off, we’ll tailor the installation experience to suit your lifestyle. Whichever you choose, PIEvents & Co. ensures a respectful, discreet, and seamless experience in your home. As both daytime and evening availabilities are limited, we recommend securing your ideal window as early as possible.

Join our Priority List to secure your spot before our calendar fills up. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking, even if your preferred date is not yet finalized. This ensures we can begin sourcing, planning, and securing materials for your project in advance.

Final payment must be completed before installation.

We accept a $1,000 design deposit for standard city-based holiday projects. For more complex or remote installations—such as luxury mountain retreats in Aspen, Jackson Hole, or similar destinations—a $3,000 deposit is required to reflect the extended travel, logistical coordination, and bespoke sourcing these projects entail.

Due to the high demand during the holiday season, last-minute requests are extremely limited and may be subject to additional rush or premium fees depending on availability and travel requirements.

Booking early guarantees priority access to our design calendar and ensures your home is transformed into a festive masterpiece with thoughtful, stress-free precision.

Pro Tip: Reserve your spot now, even if you’re still finalizing dates or details. The closer we get to Christmas, the more challenging it becomes to accommodate new installations—especially if you’re seeking a high-touch, tailored holiday experience.

Let us handle the post-holiday cleanup with care, discretion, and the same high level of professionalism that defines our design services. Our white-glove takedown service includes the careful removal, organization, and secure packing of your holiday décor, ensuring everything is preserved in pristine condition for the next season.

Our Signature Take-Down Service Includes:

Dismantling all holiday décor elements, from trees and garlands to mantels, tablescapes, and entryway accents
  • Gentle handling of delicate ornaments and luxury materials
  • Customized labeling to simplify future installations
  • Professional packing of all items into high-quality bins for off-season storage

Storage Details

  • All décor is stored at our secure, climate-controlled facility to prevent wear, warping, or damage during the off-season.
  • Items are packed in heavy-duty storage bins designed to protect fragile pieces

Your Christmas tree must be stored in a proper storage bag. If you purchased your tree through us, a storage bag is typically included. If not, premium storage bags are available for purchase at $300 and strongly recommended to maintain the integrity of your tree.
